Where do we ship to?
We ship all over New Zealand from our Auckland warehouse and are working on stocking into Australia and beyond.
***We are working at increasing our manufacturing capabilities at our Melbourne facility to help cope with demand from our amazing Australian customers. Thank you for your patience as we continue to push our manufacturers.
When are you open?
Our team works Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm NZST, we DO NOT operate over the weekend and any NZ Public Holidays. If you have emailed us on the weekend, we will reply as soon as we are back in office.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your order is delivered via a third-party delivery company. All our orders extract a tracking number which will be in your inbox or sms as soon as we've fulfilled and dispatched your order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once you lock it in, you will need to email us to discuss potential changes but we can't promise anything if your order is already out for delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all New Zealand $70.00 - Australia to follow
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at home:
The driver will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so. Your order does not need to be signed for.
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address, or I am a rural address, PO Box, or Apartment and you have already made my order, but can't deliver it?
